Chris Brooks

CEO
Chris has more than 35 years of experience across several industry sectors, predominantly engineering, leading customer solutions, international growth and organisational change. He has held CEO and President roles in engineering businesses across the UK, Asia Pacific and US, most recently in the upstream offshore energy industry, both Oil & Gas and Offshore Renewables. Chris has lived and worked worldwide and served on the boards of companies in the UK, India and Singapore.

Finbar has significant experience in change management, employee relations, employee engagement, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Daniele is Commercial Director at EM3, holding BSc and MSc qualifications. She leads EM3's commercial function, working with industrial manufacturers to turn energy and decarbonisation goals into delivered, measurable outcomes.

Director of Ireland
Derek Mac Namara is an accomplished CFO and senior finance leader with deep expertise across Finance, Accounting, Commercial Finance, FP&A and Operations. A Chartered Accountant, he combines strategic insight with hands-on operational leadership to drive performance, profitability and sustainable growth. Known for his collaborative style and broad commercial acumen, Derek consistently delivers value, strengthens governance and builds high-performing teams.
