Featured result
Challenge. Cooling towers are one of the largest and most overlooked energy loads on an industrial site. Here the cooling system was running harder than the process actually required, wasting power across pumps and fans every operating hour.
Solution. Our engineers measured the true cooling demand, modelled the system, and redesigned how the towers and pumps are controlled and staged against load. The business case was built on metered data, with a clear payback and a verification plan.
Result. The site now meets the same process cooling duty using significantly less energy, with the saving tracked on the meter under an ISO 50001 measurement and verification regime.
